Housing Case Manager - Permanent Supportive Housing

Urban League of Rhode Island

Family Service of Rhode Island seeks a dedicated case manager to support families experiencing homelessness within the Permanent Supportive Housing Program. You will coordinate interventions, access benefits, and work with housing providers to ensure client success. The role is on-site at Lucy’s Hearth in Middletown, RI, with occasional field visits to apartments across Aquidneck Island and rotating on-call duties.
