We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Call Center Agent to join our dynamic customer service team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline representative for our customers, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support across a variety of inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot issues, resolve technical problems, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This position requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You will utilize industry-standard tools such as Zendesk and Microsoft Office to manage tickets, document interactions, and maintain detailed records. As a key contributor to our customer success strategy, your performance directly impacts customer satisfaction, retention, and brand reputation. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services using logical and systematic approaches.
  
• Utilize Zendesk to log, track, and escalate support tickets with accurate documentation.
  
• Provide clear, concise, and customer-friendly explanations of solutions and procedures.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or recurring issues.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and support protocols.
  
• Monitor and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.
  
• Use Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word) to prepare reports, update databases, and support internal processes.
  
• Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and escalate systemic issues to relevant departments.
  
• Adhere to all compliance, data privacy, and security standards during customer interactions.
  

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
  
• Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field (minimum 1 year preferred).
  
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
  
• Proficiency in using Zendesk and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
  
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics in a remote environment.
  
• Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
