Client Service Representative I

About the Role Responsible for prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments, providing customer service and ultimately, customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns. Reviews and responds to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages, and verbal communication. Provides good customer service and assists end‑users in basic equipment functionality. Contributes to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded. Handles Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, File Room/Records File Services based on assigned location. Attends cross‑functional trainings to provide coverage when short‑staffed. Device Maintenance Performs routine upkeep of reprographic equipment: cleaning glass, clearing paper jams, replenishing toner, loading paper. Evaluates equipment issues and notifies service department if unable to resolve. Delivers paper, records meter reads, and maintains service activity reports. Monitors supplies and restocks inventory. Shipping/Receiving Handles shipping and receiving of packages, materials, parts, and products; verifies and maintains shipment records. Receives shipments, counts pieces, retains paperwork, follows delivery schedule, and secures signatures. Operates shipping/receiving equipment, responds to customer requests, performs data entry, and maintains inventory. Inventory Services Processes and monitors all inventory movement within assigned responsibilities. Analyzes inventory activity, identifies slow‑moving or obsolete items, and monitors inventory status. Initiates, conducts, and reports on physical inventories. About You HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent; less than one year of related experience. Basic computer skills and technical knowledge. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Good customer service and communication skills. Can work with minimal supervision and overtime as needed. Can obtain required security clearances to enter client premises. May require driving between multiple client locations; a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required. Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, walk, reach, and pull for extended periods. Hourly rate: $17.20 – $23.37. Workstyle Description Full‑time, on‑site. Requires presence at assigned office(s)/worksite(s)/territory on scheduled workdays.
