Industrial Awning Assembly Specialist
Full-Time — Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. Friday off (overtime as needed).

Your impact
Translate drawings and measurements into precise fabric layouts.
Run industrial sewing equipment to sew, hem, reinforce, and assemble panels.
Finish products with grommets, zippers, keder, and valances.
Team up on aluminum and steel framework assembly.
Stretch and secure fabric to frames for a tight, professional fit.
Inspect final assemblies for quality and fit; test moving components.
Stage hardware, brackets, and complete installation kits for field crews.
Assist with site measurements and complex installs when required.
Bring these skills Required
1+ year (preferred) in sewing, fabrication, manufacturing, upholstery, canvas, or similar
Accurate measuring and layout skills; strong attention to detail
Mechanical aptitude; fluent with hand tools and basic fabrication equipment
Ability to read drawings and follow detailed work instructions
Preferred
Industrial sewing background
Experience with awnings, marine, upholstery, canvas, vinyl, or shade solutions
Knowledge of Sunbrella, PVC, acrylic, or coated fabrics
Use of grommet presses, fabric welders, or related tools
