Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Oncology RN for a 13-week assignment requiring at least 1 year of oncology experience and a KS or compact RN license.

Details

• Inpatient and outpatient chemotherapy administration unit with med/surg overflow
• 13-week assignment with a scheduled shift of 07:00-19:30

Requirements

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• Minimum of 1 year of oncology nursing experience required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care for oncology patients receiving inpatient and outpatient chemotherapy, as well as med/surg overflow patients
• Candidates should discuss extension possibilities with management approximately 45 days before assignment end date
• Local candidates accepted, though a radius rule may apply that affects pay rate
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
