Full and part‑time positions are available. Job Specifications Starting wage: $21.00/hr – $64.34/hr Employment type: Winter seasonal 2026/2027 Shift type: Part‑time hours available. Full‑time instructors not guaranteed 40‑hour weeks; hours will vary with business volume. Minimum age: 16 years Housing availability: No Job Responsibilities Teach group and private lessons Work with guests of all ages and abilities Deliver world‑class guest service Create a safe and fun learning environment Support all ski school needs, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment Provide guest feedback that inspires lifelong skiers and riders Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or equivalent Fluently communicate in English Comfortable working with children aged 3 and older Willing to work weekends or holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements Placement contingent upon completing training and meeting minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Vail Resorts is an equal opportunity employer.
