Senior SAP FICO Consultant (US Citizens only)

NOTE: We are only looking for US Citizens & public cloud experience is preferred. Title: Senior SAP FICO Consultant Location: Remote OR Dallas, TX (if open) Employment Type: Fulltime Cognitus A&D: We have built the Cognitus Industry Solution for Aerospace & Defense (CIS-A&D), an SAP certified solution leveraging SAP S/4HANA as its digital core. It integrates requirements of DoD contractors for agencies like DCAA, DCMA, and GSA, covering contract management, flow down, labor costing, EVM, project planning, reporting compliance, and data migration. This package includes pre-built templates to help A&D organizations stay compliant and accelerate deployment. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP FICO implementations, ensuring adherence to best practices. Engage with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Perform detailed testing of FICO configurations and integrations. Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, changes, and enhancements. Train end-users and junior consultants for system support and usage. Provide ongoing support, identify improvements, and ensure module stability. Stay updated with SAP updates and industry trends to recommend best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, PP, etc.) for seamless integration. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field. At least 10 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, with large-scale implementation success. Deep knowledge of SAP FICO modules: GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, and Internal Orders. Strong understanding of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.
