· Number of Beds - 34

· Number of Staff – 70

· Type of staff: AWESOME

o Day Shift – 1 CN, 8 RNs, 3 PCTs, 1 US

o Night Shift – 1 CN, 8 RNs, 2 PCTs, 1 US

· Patient Ratios – 1:4 – 1:5

· Type of equipment – for Intermediate Care (BiPap, Guided US for IVs, Lift, etc)

· EMR - Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· ACLS When Needed (Focus on Prevention)

· FCs (Evidence Based ONLY); NGTs, Wound Care, IVT, DVT Prevention (Mechanical and Rx)

· Flexible with Scheduling
