Management And Program Analyst

As a Management and Program Analyst, GS-0343-15, you will be responsible for:

Provides leadership in the evaluation, assessment and improvement of programs and management systems by applying a wide range of qualitative techniques.

Advises senior staff on proposals and issues involving exceptional controversy, intensive outside interest, or significant long-range effects on the program or on other organizations.

Participates in the review analysis and development of policy governing the program and makes authoritative recommendations for change or improvements.

Develops, manages, and supervises long-and-short-range plans for Federal Student Aid (FSA), staff, realignment, initiatives, employee relations issues, management of hiring constraints, and organizational restructuring actions.
