Your Day-to-Day In your role as a Crew Member or Assistant Crew Leader,you'll experience a typical day working alongside skilledcolleagues, creating beautiful, long-lasting outdoor spaces forour customers. Reporting directly to your crew leader, you'llcontribute to a team that values efficiency, problem-solving, anda strong commitment to showing up and giving your best effort. Requirements To join ourteam, we ask that you meet the following essential requirements, whichreflex our commitment to safety and professionalism: Experience: Assistant Crew Leader: $24 per hour 1+ years experience in framing, carpentry, or deck building. Crew Member: $20 per hour 6 months + experience in a building trades position. Ability to read a tape measure and identify tools. Transportation: Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to ensure consistent on-time arrival to jobsites. Communication: Physical Requirements: The ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50 pounds with prolonged standing.
