What You’ll Do

• Provide top-tier neonatal care to infants in a Level III NICU setting
• Attend high-risk deliveries and immediate neonatal stabilization
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Care for healthy newborns in a family-centered nursery environment
• Participate in on-site 24/7 NEOS coverage for continuous high-level neonatal care
• Support leadership initiatives and quality improvement projects
• Educate and support families through compassionate communication

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Experience in Neonatology, Pediatric ICU, or related neonatal care
• Ability to work 24-hour shifts and support high-acuity neonates

Preferred:

• 1+ years of Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced neonatal environment

The 16-bed Level III NICU at Johns Creek handles approximately 1,100 deliveries annually, delivering expert care to our tiniest patients.
