Medical Office Assistant for a Solo Practitioner

Our Medical Practice (solo practitioner) is seeking an energetic Office Assistant.

We are seeking an individual with the ability to scan medical records and upload them to patient charts in the electronic health record. This position also requires organizing medical charts, shredding documents, and other office tasks.

Other tasks include:

-answering phones

-greeting patients

-patient check-in/check-out

- Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service skills

- Requires proficiency in working with a PC, the Internet, and MS Windows

- Must be able to work with EMR software

The chosen candidate will be trained to be a successful team member with an opportunity for additional responsibilities.

Candidates will be subject to a background check in addition to intermittent drug testing.

Work Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM

Tuesdays will be spent in our Mansfield location: 221 Regency Parkway, Mansfield, TX, 76063

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
