If you're skilled in troubleshooting, take pride in your work, and enjoy keeping things running at peak performance, this role is for you.Position: Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift Schedule: 3rd Shift Pay Range: $32.00-$40.00/hour based on experienceResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Independently perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenanceTroubleshoot and repair facility and production equipment (Extruders, Mixers, Dryers, Pumps, Compressors, Pelletizers, etc.)Diagnose and replace faulty electrical or mechanical parts (switches, sensors, starters, etc.)Maintain accurate maintenance records in CEBOS or physical filesUse and program PLCs to troubleshoot and monitor systemsPerform basic carpentry, plumbing, welding, and fabrication tasksTest, inspect, and calibrate equipment for operational readinessRespond to maintenance work orders and complete them in the tracking systemRead and interpret schematics, manuals, and safety proceduresUse hand tools, power tools, and metalworking equipment as neededComply with ISO, safety, and company operating proceduresParticipate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, including weekends and holidaysHandle emergencies such as equipment failure, fire/burglar alarms, HVAC issues, power outages, snow removal.Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.Benefits: We offer comprehensive benefits to include health, and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).Skills/Qualifications:Associate degree in Electronics preferred25 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experienceTechnical school or trade certification is a plusStrong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skillsProficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Familiarity with NEC, NFPA79, OSHA standardsKnowledge of AC/DC drive systems and pneumaticsAbility to read safety rules, SOPs, manuals, and SDS sheetsIf you're a hands-on technician who's ready to take the next step in your career, apply now and bring your skills to a company that recognizes and rewards excellence.Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
