Job Description

We are seeking a mid‑level/senior Asset Management and Investment Funds associate to join our Boston, New York, or Washington, DC office.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with experienced lawyers who provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
• Provide regulatory and private funds expertise to clients, maintaining the highest quality client service.
• Operate independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Four to six years of experience in registered funds, regulatory, or private funds spaces.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to client service.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Location & Compensation

Office: Boston, New York, Washington, DC.

Base compensation: $295,000 - $420,000 (salary determined during interview based on experience, expertise, market, and business needs).
