We’re looking for an experienced Security Manager who leads by example, remains calm under pressure, and knows how to build, develop, and inspire high-performing teams. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑energy environments and understands that professionalism, preparation, accountability, and hospitality go hand in hand. As Security Manager, you’ll oversee security operations before, during, and after every event, ensuring our team is prepared, our standards remain high, and our guests receive an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive until the last guest leaves. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and develop a large team of Security staff Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and guest service. Oversee all security operations throughout the event lifecycle. Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and team deployment. Respond to incidents and emergencies with sound judgment and decisive leadership. Conduct investigations and prepare detailed incident reports. Partner with Operations, Artist Relations, Production, and Venue Leadership to execute seamless events. Continuously improve security procedures, training, and operational performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Build strong working relationships with local law enforcement and emergency responders when appropriate. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of leadership experience in nightlife, entertainment, or another high-volume security environment. Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing security personnel. Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to make confident decisions in fast-moving, high-pressure situations. Comfortable working in loud, fast-paced environments where no two nights are the same. Availability to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and major events. Schedule This is an overnight leadership position . Availability is required for: Friday and Saturday nights (approximately 10:00 p.m. through 10:00 a.m. ) Sundays when the venue is operating Additional hours during major events, festivals, and holidays as business needs require Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by our company for a visa.
