Senior Project Controls Analyst

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Project Controls Analyst will manage project billings, purchase orders, and resource management while ensuring financial performance and alignment with project objectives. Key responsibilities Prepare and submit comprehensive project setup documentation in accordance with internal guidelines Maintain accurate project files and generate customer billing requests, ensuring audit readiness Track and analyze key project data, providing insights to stakeholders on funding, revenue, and commitments Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business disciplines, with 5 years of relevant experience preferred Extensive experience in government contracting and various contract types, including FFP and T&M Proven ability to manage large, complex contracts with multiple Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) In-depth knowledge of Estimate at Completion (EAC) development and financial analysis processes Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
