Join us in our mission to transform healthcare delivery and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our members.The Software Engineer will build and maintain the internal systems, data pipelines, and tools that power our clinical, quality, pharmacy, and risk adjustment operations. Working closely with data analysts, clinical staff, and operational teams, this role turns complex healthcare workflows into reliable software.Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:Design, build, and maintain web applications, internal tools, and backend services supporting Medicare Advantage clinical and operational workflowsDevelop and optimize RESTful APIs and data integrations across claims, pharmacy, enrollment, and risk adjustment systemsBuild and maintain ETL pipelines and automated workflows for analytics, reporting, and CMS regulatory submissionsWrite and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas in SQL Server environmentsCollaborate with data analysts, clinical staff, and business teams to translate operational needs into working softwareBuild and integrate reporting interfaces and dashboards (Power BI, SSRS) to deliver insights to non-technical stakeholdersDocument systems, APIs, and data flows; participate in code reviews and sprint planningLeverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate delivery — prototyping, debugging, documentation, and code reviewRegular and consistent attendanceOther duties as assignedQualification requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, including regular and consistent attendance.
