(completed and verified prior to start) Three (3) years of Enterprise Operations and/or Business Group manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment Three (3) years of systems experience with IT, OT, or business process Three (3) years of experience leading projects in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Self-directed in identifying and assimilating unique job knowledge and resourcesExperience coaching and mentoring employeesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendorsAble to lead, influence, and inspire othersWork location: Maplewood, MNThis role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.
