Robert C. Gittelman, DDS is now hiring a Full Time Dental Treatment and Billing Coordinator in Marietta, Georgia!
As a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator, come join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.
Full Time Dental Treatment and Billing Coordinator Schedule
Monday and Wednesday 7:45am - 5:00pm
Tuesday and Thursday 7:15am - 4:30pm
Friday 7:15am - 2:30pm (1-2 Fridays Per Month)

Responsibilities
- Dental Treatment coordination and presentation to patients
- Brief patients on treatment plans and practice's policies
- Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
- Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
- Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
- Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
- Appointment scheduling
- Requesting records
- Patient follow ups
- Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 3 or more years experience with admin work in Dental Practice
- Experience Treatment Planning/Presentations, Insurance & Patient Aging Reports Management is a Must!
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team
