Job Title

Rate of Pay: $20.86 Hours: M-Th, 5am-3:30pm OT as needed Benefits: Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, 401K

Position Summary

Wire electrical panels and electrical components of remote stations for HVAC units according to job specifications.

Position Responsibilities

Technical:

• Wire the electrical panels and remote stations for HVAC units according to job specifications, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, quality and personal safety.
• Keep Supervisor informed of problems, opportunities for improvement, questions, or comments related to topics such as work flow, equipment, procedures/work methods, safety, and employees. Recommend changes where appropriate.
• Maintain a high awareness of personal safety at all times.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and work area in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Assist in implementation of changes in methods or procedures.
• Accurately track work hours by job and activity.
• Accept other duties and responsibilities as assigned or when required by customer needs.

Interpersonal:

• Develop and maintain favorable working relationships with other employees to facilitate the flow of information and ideas for improvement.
• Seek out Senior or Lead on questions or ideas related to workflow, hindrances, projects, equipment shortages or problems, procedures, methods, safety, and general employment.
