This contract occupational therapy opportunity offers meaningful work within early childhood settings, allowing you to make a real difference in the lives of young children. This position is scheduled for 21 hours per week, spread across 2-3 days, with the exciting potential to expand to a full 5 days as the school calendar progresses. The assignment begins as soon as possible and runs through June 16, 2027, offering long-term stability and the chance to build valuable professional relationships.

Key Requirements and Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania OT license required
• Proven experience supporting young children, preferably in school-based settings
• Familiarity with early childhood education is highly valued
• Ability to obtain or provide current Pennsylvania clearances
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Committed to onsite work and collaborative care
• Comfortable with virtual interviews via Zoom

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering occupational therapy services to children in early childhood school settings
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized plans
• Documenting progress and adhering to compliance standards
• Adjusting interventions based on evolving student needs
• Promoting student independence and participation in daily activities
