Position Overview Retail Assistant Manager – Full‑Time at Store 0415‑Oakland Place ShpCtr-maurices‑Dekalb, IL 60115. This evergreen requisition builds a pipeline of candidates for future openings. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience for customers. You will develop leadership skills, act as a sales lead, interact with customers, strategize to achieve sales goals, and as a key holder, efficiently execute maurices Standard Operating Practices, including opening and closing the store. Eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance.
