Job Description:

GDIT is seeking an Information Assurance Analyst to help support our Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) contract at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam.

This IA professional will serve as the local cybersecurity representative responsible for supporting DoD information systems throughout the full Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle. This includes maintaining system authorization artifacts, supporting continuous monitoring, coordinating with the Air Force customer, and ensuring systems comply with DoD cybersecurity policies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RMF, eMASS workflows, POA&M management, and ATO sustainment, along with strong technical knowledge of DoD IA controls. Experience with COMSEC account operations is highly desirable.

HOW AN INFORMATION ASSURANCE ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Supports RMF activities including categorization, control selection/implementation, assessment preparation, ATO package sustainment, and continuous monitoring.
• Maintains security documentation and ensures compliance with DoDI 8510.01, CNSSI 1253, and NIST SP View phone number on aiapply.co.
• Uses experience with the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) to provide customer updates for system packages, managing artifacts, tracking POA&M items, and providing status to the government.
• Coordinates with Air Force cybersecurity representatives (ISSO/IA offices) for compliance tasks, inspections, reporting, and remediation.
• Assists with certificate renewals, vulnerability scanning coordination and mitigation, STIG implementation, and secure configuration management.
• Ensures protection of information system resources and responds to security events or incidents.
• Maintains and improves SOPs for cyber hygiene, patch management, and IA procedures.
• Supports or assists with COMSEC account procedures.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED - REQUIRED:

• Security Clearance Level: Active Secret
• Certification: CompTIA Security+ CE or similar. DoW 8570 IAM-II (CISSP, CISM, CASP+, GSLC, CCSP) within 60 days of hire.
• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
• Year's Experience: 1+ years of related experience
• Technical Skills: RMF process, DoW IA procedures, Experience working in a DoW environment
• Skills and Abilities: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while still ensuring high quality of work.
• Location: Customer on-site in Andersen AFB, Guam

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience maintaining or assisting COMSEC accounts. Familiarity with key management systems (KMI), encryption device handling, or COMSEC audits.

The likely salary range for this position is $66,560 - $88,550. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
