What You'll Be Doing:

Fueling Growth Through Insight

We are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue through our diverse portfolio of subscription and data products. In this role, you will be the primary engine for our volume-based sales channel, servicing inbound inquiries and aggressively prospecting for new business.

You won't just be selling "data"; you will be working alongside internal teams to formulate complex business solutions through property analytics, helping our clients make smarter, more profitable decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Strategically compile lists of prospective customers using ad inquiries, trade shows, direct marketing, and digital intelligence to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Inbound/Outbound Execution: Manage a high volume of inbound leads and execute proactive outbound follow-ups via phone and email to qualify and close opportunities.
• Consultative Closing: Overcome technical and business objections by emphasizing salable features, quoting terms, and preparing accurate sales orders.
• Strategic Analytics: Partner with internal teams to leverage property analytics, creating tailored solutions that address specific customer pain points.
• CRM Hygiene: Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce, ensuring all lead generation and customer contact data is accurate and actionable.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as the "voice of the customer" by providing feedback to Management and Marketing regarding market needs, concerns, and delivery issues.

Job Qualifications:

• The Analyst: You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to tell a compelling story.
• Self-Directed & Proactive: You thrive in a team environment but are fully capable of developing and executing your own work plan with minimal supervision.
• Resilient: You are characterized by persistence and a results-driven mindsetyou don't stop until the goal is met.
• Experience: 1+ years of proven Sales experience (Required).
• Tech Stack: High proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
• Efficiency: Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Please note position is compensated with an OTE package (base & uncapped commission)

Annual Pay Range: 45,610 - 57,013 USD
