Pediatric Clinic Director & Equity Partner (PT, OT, or SLP License Required)

Position Summary We are seeking a licensed pediatric therapist to partner in opening and operating a pediatric outpatient clinic. As a Clinic Director and investing partner you will oversee all aspects of clinic operations, manage clinical and non‑clinical staff, and work directly with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care. Your role will promote efficient service utilization, program development, and collaboration with digital‑marketing strategies. You will also foster communication with medical professionals and stakeholders, facilitate continuing education, and provide mentorship to enhance team performance. Location Illinois. This clinic is a start‑up; we can explore locations that fit the clinician’s relationships and the local community. Job Description As Clinic Director you will partner with Ivy Rehab’s business‑savvy support team to grow a successful clinic while focusing on patient care. You will lead clinical services, staff hiring, program development, and compliance, while leveraging the company’s marketing, legal, and IT resources. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program. Current or pending state licensure in PT, OT, or SLP in the relevant state. Previous pediatric therapy experience (highly preferred). This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, student loan repayment, relocation assistance, and other forms of compensation. The compensation range listed reflects the good faith estimate of pay this organization reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. This range applies to the base salary or hourly rate only and does not include bonuses, benefits, or other forms of compensation that may be offered.
