Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Full Time Permanent

Position Overview Department: Respiratory Care Full Time, 0.9 FTE; 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Nights. Provides top-of-scope practice in direct patient care environment utilizing respiratory therapy protocols and best practices to promote optimized care. Models proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth. Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Clinical ladders encourage internal growth and promotional opportunity through implementation of clinical and process improvement projects at the unit, division, regional or system level. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Basic Life Support (BLS) healthcare provider. NRP obtained within 1 year if assigned to NICU; tracked on unit.
