Iron Fabrication Services (IFS) is a leading fabricator and supplier of all types of steel used in many major construction projects such as large scale commercial and residential buildings. IFS is seeking a highly skilled Welder to join our team. The Welder is critical to the success of our construction projects.

Job Summary: The Driver transports raw materials, finished products, and other goods between company locations, suppliers, and job sites. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to all traffic and safety regulations, and a commitment to representing the company professionally on and off the road. 

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A
• Current DOT card

Job Description:

• Valid DOT card
• Assist in receiving, unloading, and inspecting steel shipments for accuracy and quality. 
• Monitor company vehicle maintenance
• Ensure timely delivery of materials
• Follow all safety guidelines and report any hazards or discrepancies to the supervisor. 
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements: Be physically active for long periods without getting tired or out of breath. Bend, stretch, twist, or reach out. Keep or regain the body's balance or stay upright when in an unstable position. See objects in very bright or glaring light.
