Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Shifts + Call | Gateway Regional Medical Center
Gateway Regional Medical Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our Surgical Services team.

What You'll DoAs an Operating Room RN, you will play a key role in supporting safe and effective surgical care, including:
- Providing direct nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgery
- Preparing patients for surgical procedures and supporting pre-op assessments
- Assisting surgeons and surgical teams during procedures
- Monitoring patients throughout operative and recovery phases
- Maintaining sterile technique and patient safety standards
- Collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists
- Ensuring accurate documentation and continuity of care
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Call required
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN required)
- Current Illinois RN license
- Current BLS certification required
- OR experience preferred
