As the Senior Analyst of Paid Social, you'll spearhead transformative strategies and lead brands toward unrivaled success in the digital realm.Your Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute cutting-edge paid social media strategies for client brands.Client Engagement: Be the go-to resource for campaign insights, performance analysis, and rapid problem-solving.Platform Mastery: Leverage your strong paid social experience across diverse networks like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, optimizing and testing for maximum impact.Brand & Audience Insight: Apply a deep understanding of client brands to benefit Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) audiences.Integrated Approach: Collaborate across teams to seamlessly integrate social efforts into broader media plans.Team Leadership: Lead status meetings, oversee campaign reviews, delegate tasks, and mentor junior staff.Calendar Ownership: Manage the paid social calendar and orchestrate promotional strategies across all social channels.Education & Innovation: Educate clients on social media best practices, stay updated on FDA regulations, and continuously innovate to enhance client engagement.Analytical Prowess: Utilize social analytics tools, including native reporting, to drive performance improvements.Quality Assurance: Ensure error-free ad launches with expert guidance and supervision.What You Bring:4+ years of impactful experience in paid social, with a proven track record of success.Agency or pharmaceutical sector background is a plus.Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking prowess, and excellent workplace etiquette.Strong leadership capabilities and a passion for mentoring.A thirst for knowledge and a commitment to staying ahead in the ever-evolving social media landscape.An analytical mindset with a knack for drawing actionable insights from data.If you're passionate about leading transformative social media strategies and driving brands to unparalleled success, seize this opportunity to be part of our innovative team!The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $50,000 to $90,000.
