Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities:
Conduct initial evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans for patients with various physical therapy needs
Treat patients with a variety of conditions, including but not limited to, musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic injuries
Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs, incorporating various treatment modalities, such as exercise, manual therapy, and education
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Maintain accurate records and billing compliance
