Copy Supervisor

Write headlines and body copy for digital tactics including websites, interactive visual aids, videos, banners, landing pages, and emails for branded and unbranded HCP clients Translate scientific information into compelling and memorable messages for HCP campaigns Champion creative thinking for campaigns and initiatives that advance creative strategy and brand personality Prepare materials for client copy approval submissions, referencing and annotating pieces according to AMA style Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Developers, Account teams, and Strategy teams from job initiation through digital deployment Independently lead multiple projects, sometimes for different brands or industries Present work clearly and expertly to clients and internal team members Serve as brand steward and category champion for assigned healthcare/pharma accounts, reporting to a Creative Director and owning day-to-day writing responsibilities Requirements 7+ years of healthcare/pharmaceutical writing, preferably in an agency setting Experience writing for the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry Portfolio or PDF of relevant work samples required Comprehensive creative portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual capabilities and ability to produce work in high-science pharma categories College degree in a related field preferred Ability to prepare copy approval materials according to AMA style Ability to work strategically, develop creative ideas and concepts, and execute across various media Ability to independently lead multiple projects Strong presentation skills for clients and internal teams Adaptability, resilience, prioritization skills, intellectual curiosity, and resourcefulness Interest in leveraging data to inform decisions and drive outcomes Interest in responsible AI adoption and practical use of new technologies Alignment with Real Chemistry's company values and 'Real Chemistry Can' mindset Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical writing, with a strong ability to translate complex scientific information into engaging content across various digital platforms.
