JACK MADDEN FORD SERVICE IS CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY SCHEDULE!!!!! In this role, you will support the Service Manager in overseeing daily service department operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient workflow. You will work closely with technicians, service advisors, and customers to maintain a smooth and productive environment that meets both customer satisfaction and business targets. Responsibilities Assist the Service Manager in managing daily service department activities. Coordinate and monitor the work of service technicians and advisors. Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding service progress and vehicle status. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized service area. Support in managing parts inventory and ordering processes. Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related issues effectively. Assist with scheduling and training of service department staff. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency. Requirements Previous experience in automotive service management or a related role preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Knowledge of automotive service procedures and terminology. Proficiency with inventory management and scheduling software is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is advantageous. Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
