Growing together.** **Location** : Onsite - 6 S Coria St, Suite A, Brownsville, TX 78520 **Schedule:** 20 hours a week, 4-hour shifts between Monday- Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 8am-3pm **Primary Responsibilities:** + Responsible for all reception and front office duties, including attending to visitors and responding to telephonic and in-person inquiries + Assists other staff members with various clerical duties as necessary, including photocopying, and filing + Oversee the day-to-day senior center activities; attendance of members; meal attendance; and conduct announcements in the facility as needed + Other duties as assigned You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. **Required Qualifications:** + High School Diploma/GED + 1+ years of customer and/or clerical experience + Beginner level of knowledge of customer service principles and practices + Beginner level of experience with verbal and written communication skills + Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office **Preferred Qualifications:** + 2+ years of experience working with the older population + Strong bilingual English, Spanish fluency Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment.
