Home health is where therapy gets personal. You know your patients, you see their home environment, and the functional gains you help them make are real and lasting. No rotating caseloads, no institutional settings. Just you, your patients, and the autonomy to practice the way you were trained.
At Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City, we've been doing this since 1999 and we're locally owned, which means decisions get made by people who are invested in this community, not a corporate office across the country.
We're hiring part time, with a clear path to full time for the right candidate.
What you'll earn
$40 per visit | Mileage reimbursement at $0.64/mile | Weekly pay every Friday
What comes with the job

What you'll do
- Deliver in-home occupational therapy services under the direction of the supervising OT
- Carry out established plans of care and help patients regain independence with daily activities
- Document patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist
- Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies, equipment, and home safety
What we're looking for
- Active COTA license in Oklahoma
- CPR certification
- At least one year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient-centered care
- Reliable transportation
