Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

Draft correspondences with clients via phone, email and text
Process client payments
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Use office system and processes to contact clients to resolve billing
Document customer interactions

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
