Position based in Princeton, NJ, supporting the Eastern Regional Fleet. 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a full-time regional dry van driving position with paid one-on-one mentor training, no-touch freight, and weekly or bi-weekly home time options. Drivers receive pay during training and are assigned an individual truck upon successful completion of the mentor program.

- Paid one-on-one mentor program designed for recent CDL school graduates
- Assigned truck after completion of training
- Expected solo earnings after training: $1,600–$1,800+ per week
- Paid orientation

- Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL training
- Satisfactory driving record
- Able to meet Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requirements
- Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely
