• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Adaptability and resourcefulness in modifying curriculum and instruction

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver differentiated instruction aligning with IEP goals for students in grades 7-12
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust strategies to support academic, social, and behavioral development
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
• Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom culture
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and support staff
• Communicate routinely with families and caregivers about student progress
