Job Summary Now Hiring Immediately:Yard HandLocation:Midland, TexasJob Summary--We are currently seeking a dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Yard Hand to join our team in Midland, Texas.--This position plays a vital role in maintaining equipment readiness and ensuring our fleet is clean, fueled, and prepared for customer use.--The ideal candidate will be willing to work outdoors, operate heavy equipment, and assist with a variety of tasks to support daily yard operations. Responsibilities Wash heavy equipment and rental assets using a pressure washer in the wash bay. Fuel heavy equipment and ensure all units are ready for service. Safely operate various types of heavy equipment to move units throughout the yard. Transport equipment from the yard to the wash bay for cleaning and inspection. Stage and position equipment for Quality Control Technicians to perform inspections and readiness checks. Perform general yard maintenance and housekeeping duties. Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing equipment within the yard. Conduct basic visual inspections and report anydamageor maintenance concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Completeallduties assigned by upper management as needed to support business operations. Qualifications Experience operating heavy equipment is required. Ability to safely maneuver equipment in a busy yard environment. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude. Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently. Must be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment components and materials as needed. Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
