Trademark Enforcement Paralegal

To support trademark enforcement initiatives, the full-time Trademark Enforcement Paralegal will independently manage enforcement efforts, including monitoring and investigations, while also assisting with trademark prosecution and filing processes in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and support domestic and international trademark enforcement efforts, including monitoring and investigations of infringement and disputes Assist attorneys in drafting cease-and-desist letters and managing related enforcement correspondence Support U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution matters, including preparing and filing applications and responses Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trademark Paralegal with a focus on enforcement matters Strong experience in enforcement activities such as domain disputes and online infringement Working knowledge of U.S. and international trademark prosecution processes Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent relevant experience in intellectual property enforcement Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with trademark docketing systems
