Commercial Strategy & Growth Lead — Healthcare AI

We’re hiring a Commercial Strategy & Growth Lead to help scale our commercial growth. This role works directly with the CEO across commercial strategy and execution, including account research, buyer preparation, outreach, proposals, ROI narratives, sales collateral, and pipeline management. The primary focus is ACOs, payers, and risk-bearing provider groups, with selective work evaluating health system opportunities as Falcon expands.

We’re looking for someone highly analytical, commercially strong, and comfortable selling complex healthcare products. The right person can quickly understand customer problems, translate Falcon’s capabilities into a clear solution narrative, communicate effectively with executive buyers, and operate without needing a playbook.

This role is based in Palo Alto, with an expectation of being onsite 3–4 days per week. Exceptional remote candidates may be considered.
