Special Education Teacher 65 to 75 per hour

Overview Boston Speech Therapy is seeking a compassionate and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our dedicated team. Come work for a woman-SLP owned company. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with students with diverse learning needs across various grade levels in an inclusive and supportive environment. This is an in person only opportunity at a school. The position is with a 7th grade inclusion class (approx 12 students). MA Special Ed licence required. The position is temporary from March 22 till the end of the school year. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and assess IEPs for students Deliver specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting instructional methods as necessary Collaborate with general education teachers to create an inclusive learning environment Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance Qualifications Masters's degree in Special Education or related field Valid state certification in Special Education Experience working with students with special needs Strong understanding of instructional strategies and behavioral management techniques Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to create and adapt learning materials for diverse learners Passion for teaching and commitment to enhancing student success 1099 contract $65-75 per hour Boston Speech Therapy is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding equal employment opportunity.
