IT Security Manager

Job TitleQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT product management.Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, LDAP), and access control models.Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, or similar.PMP Certification.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.Preferred Skills:Experience in higher education or public sector IT environments.Familiarity with governance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).Knowledge of directory services, federation, and identity provisioning tools.Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design in IAM systems.
