Little Champs ABA is dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in underserved areas of Utah. We are a locally owned, BCBA-operated organization that values the essential work our Behavior Technicians (BTs) do every day. Experience working as a Behavior Technician (BT) or in a similar role (preferred)
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Ability to engage with children in a positive, playful, and professional manner
Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to complete training and obtain certification (training provided)
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home, school, or community setting under BCBA supervision as a Behavior Technician (BT)
Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
Teach and support development of communication, life skills, social-emotional learning, and play
Accurately collect data and write clear, detailed session notes
Maintain reliable attendance and timely communication with the clinical team
Participate in ongoing training and professional development as a Behavior Technician (BT)
