Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. As an LVN, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care to our residents and patients across various settings. Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Provide basic patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and other medical procedures

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the RN or physician

• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

• Current Texas LVN license

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in Nursing preferred

• n/a years of experience in a healthcare setting
