As a Landscaping Laborer, you'll work under the direction of a Crew Lead to complete landscaping projects that help improve homes across Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Depending on the season, work may include mulching, edging, cleanups, planting, trimming, aeration, leaf cleanups, and other landscaping projects. This role is perfect for college students or young professionals looking for hands-on work, outdoor experience, and the opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company. You can work one season at a time based on your availability, including spring, summer, or fall. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.Responsibilities:Assist with mulching, weeding, edging, trimming, cleanups, planting, and other landscaping work as directed by the Crew Lead.Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the day.Follow instructions carefully to deliver high-quality work on schedule.Communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates to ensure smooth operations.Requirements:Blue collar experience is preferred but not requiredStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Positive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work well in a team and take direction.Valid driver's licenseEarn competitive pay: $20–$22/hour depending on experience.Grow into leadership: As we expand, we look first to our own laborers for Crew Lead, management, and future leadership opportunities.Flexible scheduling for college students, including spring, summer, or fall-only work.Work outdoors with a motivated team that takes pride in hard work and excellence.Be part of a fast-growing company with national potential where strong performers can take on more responsibility and build a long-term career.
