Job Description

Exciting Gastroenterology Opportunity with significant patient demand, advanced procedural support, minimal on-call duties, and excellent long-term earning potential in Louisiana.

Our organization is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Gastroenterologist to become part of a well-established and expanding GI program, prompted by the retirement of a current physician. This position is hospital-employed, offering immediate patient volume, robust referral networks, and the chance to develop a highly efficient practice without a heavy call burden.

The Opportunity

Step into a role vacated by a retiring physician with an immediate patient base.
Collaborate with an experienced GI physician and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support.
Engage in a comprehensive Gastroenterology practice.
ERCP procedures are available.
Opportunity for EUS growth with existing equipment on-site.
Access to newly constructed endoscopy suites with surgical backup.
Dedicated time blocks for procedures.
Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records.
Participate in a shared call arrangement (approximately 7 days per month).
Open to both seasoned physicians and recent fellows.
Support for J-1 and H-1B visa candidates is available.

Compensation & Benefits

Potential earnings exceeding $900K.
Guaranteed base salary complemented by wRVU production incentives.
Additional compensation for call duties.
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance offered.
