Living City Farms is excited to offer an opportunity to help grow our regenerative farm as a Wholesale Partnerships Representative.

About Living City Farms

Living City Farms is a small-scale regenerative farm rooted in Northeast Ohio. We grow fresh, nutrient-dense produce with a focus on healing the land and restoring our connection to the natural world. Through diverse vegetable production and the establishment of native fruits, we work to nourish living soil, steward healthy ecosystems, and invite people back into a deeper relationship with food, land, and community .

The Role

We’re looking for a Wholesale Partnerships Representative to help expand Living City Farms’ reach across Northeast Ohio.

This is a relationship-first sales role focused on connecting grocery stores, restaurants, specialty retailers, and food buyers with fresh, locally grown food.

You’ll be the bridge between our farm and the community, building partnerships that grow both revenue and impact.

• Develop new wholesale accounts with restaurants, grocery stores, specialty retailers, and food distributors throughout Northeast Ohio.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with buyers, chefs, and local business owners.
• Share product offerings, seasonal availability, and the Living City Farms story to generate new business.
• Support onboarding and ensure a smooth ordering experience for new wholesale customers.
• Collaborate with farm operations to align customer demand with harvest planning and product availability.
• Gather customer feedback to help shape future crop planning and product offerings.
• Coordinate, oversee, and actively represent Living City Farms at local farmers markets, ensuring an engaging customer experience, maintaining attractive product displays, managing inventory, and serving as the face of the farm within the community.
• Represent Living City Farms at networking events, community gatherings, and industry meetings to increase brand awareness and cultivate new partnerships.
• Help identify new sales opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships through regular outreach and follow-up.

What You Bring

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Sales, hospitality, or account management experience (preferred)
• Interest in local food systems and regenerative agriculture
• Ability to organize, follow through, and manage relationships
• Basic comfort with digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems)
• Local travel ability and reliable transportation
• Existing food industry connections in Northeast Ohio is a plus

Compensation & Structure

• 1099 independent contractor role
• $18/hour base pay
• 5% commission on new account sales
• Performance bonuses for major account wins
• 10 - 15 hours/week, flexible schedule
• Growth opportunity as the farm expands
