Applied ABC – Lawrenceville, GA 2329 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30044 Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM & Saturday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM Hybrid & In-Person — Not Fully Remote This is a hybrid and in-person position, offering flexibility while maintaining meaningful face-to-face clinical services. Please note: This is not a fully remote position. In-person services at our Lawrenceville location and/or assigned service locations are required based on client and clinical needs. We welcome local Georgia candidates, as well as qualified BCBAs from other states who are interested in applying and are willing to relocate to Georgia. Candidates should be prepared to travel to the office and provide in-person services as required. Considering a move to Georgia? Qualified out-of-state candidates who are willing to relocate may be eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus, depending on applicable requirements and relocation circumstances. Where You'll Make an Impact As a BCBA, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services that create meaningful progress for children and families. Clinical Responsibilities Maintain an active caseload and meet approximately 120 billable utilization hours per month, including supervision, treatment planning, treatment planning with a face-to-face component, parent training, and related clinical services Provide behavior-analytic supervision to ABA therapists, BTs, and RBTs Utilize evidence-based supervision strategies, including Behavior Skills Training (BST) Conduct skills assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, and ABLLS, as well as preference and reinforcer assessments when appropriate Develop individualized treatment plans, behavior support plans, and programming based on client needs Provide parent/caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams Monitor behavioral data and adjust programming to support continued client progress Establish data collection systems and ensure accurate, ongoing data collection Participate in team meetings and coordinate care as requested by families Support and lead team members during behavioral crisis situations using appropriate behavior-analytic principles Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and company requirements Remain flexible and adaptable as company policies, procedures, and clinical expectations evolve Required What Sets You Apart Active BCBA certification in good standing Active Georgia LBA Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field Current 8-hour supervision certificate Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and utilizing Behavior Skills Training (BST) Experience creating behavior support and treatment plans Experience administering assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, or similar assessments Experience providing family/caregiver training Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder across various ages and support levels Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Authorized to work in the United States Ability to work hybrid and in person Georgia-based candidates are encouraged to apply; out-of-state candidates must be willing to relocate to Georgia Benefits 401(k) with 3% company match Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Continuing education credits/reimbursement Professional development assistance Referral program Flexible hybrid and in-person work environment How We Set You Up For Success Dedicated Staffing Coordinator to help match you with cases that fit your schedule and expertise Assigned Case Manager for case support and administrative needs Clinical Support Team to assist with onboarding, treatment plans, assessments, and ongoing clinical needs ATrack, our proprietary platform for treatment planning, data collection, and documentation A collaborative environment where your expertise is supported, heard, and valued #J-18808-Ljbffr
