What You’ll Do Be the first point of contact for guests—greeting them warmly, listening actively, and understanding their needs Translate customer concerns into clear next steps for our internal service team Communicate updates, timelines, and recommendations in a way that builds trust and confidence Coordinate appointments, manage expectations, and ensure that each guest’s visit runs smoothly Review service recommendations, answer questions, and guide guests toward informed decisions Deliver a seamless, positive experience from check-in to check-out Maintain accurate records and documentation to support team workflow Collaborate daily with technicians, managers, and team members to exceed customer expectations Who Thrives in This Role Enjoy helping people and solving problems Communicate with clarity, positivity, and professionalism Can stay calm and organized in a fast-moving environment Are comfortable learning new systems and processes Love building relationships and creating memorable experiences Have experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, guest services, call center, travel, healthcare, etc.) Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle Previous industry experience is not required—we provide full training.
