Contract | 4x12-Hour Shifts | Days (7:00–19:00) | Weekends required (typically every other weekend)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting with an expected ratio of 1 RN to 4 patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency department patients across the continuum of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• May be expected to float to sister facilities nearby the contracted facility as needed
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license — Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room RN experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Must submit all time-off requests and scheduling needs upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start (Charge RNs and Leads accepted)
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard traveler (locals may be considered under alternate terms)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an emergency department setting
• Familiarity with high-acuity emergency patient populations and rapid assessment protocols
• Experience working within large health system environments
